Local Chapter Leader PQ
Lead Power Quality League Passive Offer R&D teamwork for the development of new Offers or the evolution of existing Offers. Offers including LV Capacitors, Detuned Reactors, Power Factor Controller, LV PFC Equipment, and implement technology research strategies, manage the project technical execution according to Offer Lifecycle Management process, ensure alignment with power Quality League's business goals, and drive continuous innovation to enhance the company's technological competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop short-term and long-term Passive Offer R&D strategies based on Power Quality League's overall business objectives, and formulate actionable implementation plans.
• Lead, manage, and empower the Passive Offer R&D team , including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development guidance to build a high-performing R&D workforce.
• Oversee the project technical execution for Passive Offers: R&D resource planning and allocation, and monitor progress to ensure projects technical execution are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Lead the team to conduct technical feasibility analysis for new product/technology initiatives, organize cross-functional collaboration (with production, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure R&D outcomes are market-oriented and producible.
• Track industry technological trends, competitor R&D dynamics, and market demands; identify new innovation opportunities and propose R&D directions to maintain the company's technological leading position.
• Establish and optimize R&D knowledge management including technical documentation standards, design guides and intellectual property protection mechanisms.
• Report R&D progress, achievements, risks, and resource needs to senior management regularly; adjust R&D plans promptly based on feedback and business changes.

Qualification
- Education background: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or above
- Work Experience: 15- 20 years of development experience in LV PFC Equipment, or Hybrid solution; 5 years + people management experience; experience in leading successful product/technology development projects is a must.
- Professional Skills: profound understanding of industry technologies and R&D processes; proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira) and methods (e.g. Agile, PMP).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and cross culture communication skills; excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and innovation abilities; able to work under pressure and drive team to achieve goals
- Good knowledge and understanding of local and international standards of Power Quality products and LV switchgears and control gears products
