O que você fará?

Como Líder de Interface, você será responsável por garantir a integração eficiente entre diferentes disciplinas de engenharia, fornecedores, clientes e áreas internas da empresa. Seu dia a dia envolverá:

• Coordenar reuniões de alinhamento técnico entre equipes multidisciplinares.
• Liderar e controlar interfaces entre projetos, assegurando que os requisitos técnicos e prazos sejam cumpridos.
• Identificar e mitigar riscos relacionados à comunicação entre áreas.
• Elaborar e manter matrizes de interface, cronogramas e relatórios de progresso.
• Atuar como ponto focal entre engenharia, construção, suprimentos e operação.
• Apoiar na resolução de conflitos técnicos e promover sinergia entre os envolvidos

Quais habilidades e capacidades o tornarão bem-sucedido?

Para ter sucesso nesta função, o candidato deverá possuir:

• Habilidades de comunicação e negociação para lidar com múltiplas partes interessadas.
• Capacidade de organização e gestão de tempo , com foco em prazos e entregas.
• Conhecimento técnico multidisciplinar ( elétrica, automação, TI etc.).
• Experiência com gestão de projetos e ferramentas como MS Project, Primavera ou similares.
• Visão sistêmica e analítica , com habilidade para identificar impactos cruzados entre disciplinas.
• Proatividade e liderança , mesmo em ambientes sob pressão.

A quem você se reportará?

Você se reportará diretamente ao Gerente de Engenharia, atuando em estreita colaboração com líderes de projeto, coordenadores de disciplina, suprimentos, construção e montagem.

Que qualificações o tornarão bem-sucedido nessa função?

• Formação superior em Engenharia (preferencialmente, Elétrica, automação ou Produção).
• Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Projetos ou Engenharia Multidisciplinar (desejável).
• Experiência comprovada em coordenação de interfaces em projetos industriais, de infraestrutura ou energia.
• Inglês intermediário ou avançado (dependendo do perfil dos projetos).
• Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de projetos e colaboração (MS Project, Excel avançado, Power BI, etc.).
