Legal Counsel: General Business - Manager

What will you do?

• Design and execute competition law strategies that protect the organization from anti-competitive risks and regulatory exposure
• Provide expert legal guidance to commercial teams on compliance with competition laws across multiple jurisdictions
• Conduct thorough investigations and risk analyses to identify potential anti-competitive practices and recommend solutions
• Lead representation in litigation and regulatory proceedings involving competition law disputes and enforcement actions
