League Marketing Leader
Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity available for a League Markeing Leader for our Power Products division. Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a League Marketing Leader in one of our locations across Nashville, TN; Raleigh, NC. T his role serves as the voice of the market for the Lighting Panelboard product range.
As a League Marketing Leader, you are accountable for driving the League's mission by leading market and competitive analysis, supporting business and offer launches, consolidating market intelligence, and contributing to the League's strategic roadmap and portfolio management.
You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Marketing Leaders across other Leagues and Lines of Business, and country organizations to ensure strategic alignment of offers and priorities.

What do you get to do in this position?
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
- Lead ongoing market, customer, and technology intelligence to inform strategic direction and anticipate trends
- Drive competitive benchmarking and analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and value drivers
- Guide value-based pricing approach, including reference pricing and market positioning considerations.
Value Proposition & Offer Direction
- Shape differentiated value propositions and offer positioning aligned with customer needs and market dynamics
- Translate customer insights and feedback into actionable inputs for product strategy and prioritization
- Influence and challenge backlog priorities to ensure alignment with business value and competitive positioning.
Roadmap & Portfolio Management
- Develop a robust offer range strategy across key segments of focus.
- Support development and evolution of product/portfolio roadmaps aligned with market needs
- Drive portfolio prioritization, including gap identification, trade-offs, and cross-functional alignment
- Contribute to lifecycle and business case activities to support investment and portfolio decisions
Execution & Simplification
- Support execution of strategic initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment to objectives
- Lead simplification efforts to reduce complexity, improve efficiency, and streamline ways of working
Collaboration & Influence
- Partner with Product Owners, marketing, commercial, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes
- Influence decision-making through data, insights, and strong stakeholder engagement across regions and functions
- Collaborate with Marketing Leaders in other Leagues/LOBs to ensure consistency of roadmaps and strategic direction.
