Lead, SAP SLT Analyst

What will you do?
SLT Implementation & Configuration
- Lead setup, configuration, and activation of SLT replication for SAP and non-SAP source systems.
- Design and implement replication models including table-level replication, filtering, transformation rules, and performance tuning.
- Manage initial load, delta replication, and post-load corrections.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP SLT implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, filtering, and performance tuning in SLT.
- Experience in supporting large-scale replication scenarios in multi-system landscapes.
- Deep understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and data structures across key modules.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting SLT triggers, logging tables, RFC connections, and HANA Studio.
- Ability to analyze data inconsistencies and provide effective resolution strategies.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Experience in SLT for Central Finance projects (highly desirable).
- Hands-on exposure to HANA, AIF, Interface Management, or ETL tools.
- SAP certification in related areas is a plus.
- Experience working in global environments with complex integration landscapes.
