Lead, Network Security Delivery Engineer

We are looking for a Network Security Delivery Engineer to work in project mode, delivering complex security initiatives across a global enterprise environment.

In this role, you will design and implement network segmentation, firewall solutions, and security platform deployments across a complex global enterprise environment. You will work closely with Project Managers, architects, and stakeholders, taking ownership of delivery from design through implementation.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls, a solid understanding of network security architectures, and the ability to deliver complex projects in a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver network security projects across a global enterprise environment

• Design and implement network segmentation and security zoning strategies

• Deploy and configure Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama for complex enterprise projects

• Lead firewall migrations, upgrades, and new site deployments

• Deploy and integrate network security platforms, including:
  Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
  Illumio

• Work closely with Project Managers to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects

• Ensure solutions align with security architecture, standards, and blueprints

• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth handover to run

• Produce clear design documentation, implementation plans, and handover documentation

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field (preferred)

• Certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP, or Security certifications are a plus

• 5+ years experience in Network Security, Infrastructure Security, or Network Engineering

• Strong hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls (policy, NAT, routing, Panorama)

• Solid understanding of network segmentation and enterprise security architecture

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in a global enterprise environment

• Good understanding of set scale and its role in security policy enforcement

• Experience with Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)

• Ability to work directly with Project Managers and global stakeholders

Strong Plus

• Experience of OT security architectures and the Purdue Model

• Hands-on experience with Illumio (microsegmentation)

• Experience with large-scale firewall deployments or migrations

• Exposure to industrial or OT network environments

• Automation or scripting experience (Python, Ansible)

• Experience in global delivery or program-based environments
