Lead, ML Ops Engineer

What will you do?

• Develop and deploy machine learning models that address business challenges and unlock new opportunities
• Build and maintain robust AI infrastructure to support scalable, production-grade solutions
• Partner with Data Scientists and Analysts to convert prototypes into accessible APIs and minimum viable products
• Automate processes and workflows to drive efficiency and accelerate delivery across the team

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Machine Learning - intermediate level; implementing algorithms and deploying models into production environments
• Feature Engineering - intermediate level; transforming raw data into meaningful inputs that improve model performance
• Data Preprocessing - intermediate level; cleaning and preparing datasets for analysis and modeling
• Machine Learning Framework - developing level; working with frameworks to build and train models efficiently
• Cloud Architecture - developing level; designing scalable infrastructure to support AI workloads
• Continuous Integration - developing level; automating build and testing processes for model deployment
• Continuous Delivery - developing level; streamlining deployment pipelines for faster iteration cycles
