Lab Technician

• Be responsible for implementing all the policies for the construction, operation and management of Schneider's New Power Distribution Innovation Laboratory.
• Implementation of new laboratory project, including on site quality inspection, issue finding & management, equipment installation, layout planning and related file system construction, etc.
• Laboratory daily work including equipment regular maintenance, daily operation, SOP and parameter management.
• Responsible for establishing laboratory equipment files, manage equipment calibration, using records according to the laboratory standardization requirements.
• Responsible for laboratory equipment problems solving during operation, ensure the safe operation of the equipment meet the demand of project.
• Lab safety management such 5 s and EHS management.
• Support to build elated equipment/tooling/fixture, etc. according to the project demand.

资格

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

• College degree or above in Electrical engineering, automation or related fields;
• +3 years of laboratory working experience;
• Familiar with the laboratory construction and management of equipment related work, CNAS lab working experience is preferred.;
• Has good hands-on ability and strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Good communication and the ability to drive supplier to solve the problem;
• Familiar with Auto CAD and daily office software skilled, operation of electric forklift.
