Key Account Manager - Distribution

If so, we are looking for a highly collaborative individual to support and develop our largest distribution partners, with a focus in Industry, in Sweden. As our operating model evolves, we are shifting toward a structure where distributors drive their own growth - supported by a dedicated specialist who understands our industrial automation business, provides reliable operational support, and helps secure smooth customer experience.

This role will work across major distributors while serving as a key connector between Schneider and the wider distribution ecosystem - enabling demand generation, improving coordination, and ensuring we "win together."

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive growth with key Swedish distributors by supporting joint business plans and contributing to distributor-led demand generation in industrial automation.
  • Provide day ‑ to ‑ day support to distributor sales and admin teams, including handling incoming customer cases and assisting with operational follow ‑
  • Support pricing questions and ensure timely responses in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Act as a trusted partner across commercial, operational, and customer-related topics, identifying new opportunities and customer segments.
  • Influence distributor sales teams and internal stakeholders without direct authority, coordinating closely with OEM and segment teams.
  • Ensure consistent execution through regular business reviews, structured follow-ups, and KPI tracking.
  • Facilitate smooth communication, documentation handling, and administrative coordination to enable distributors' autonomy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong background in industrial automation - including product knowledge, customer dynamics, project workflows, and industry mindset.
  • Understanding of the Swedish industrial market structure and its key players.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance operational tasks and strategic considerations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience working with or within distribution networks is an advantage.
  • Comfortable supporting administrative processes and handling customer or distributor inquiries.
