Location and General Conditions :

Main Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key cloud and service provider clients in Poland.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth of Schneider Electric's full data center infrastructure portfolio (UPS, precision cooling, PDUs, DCIM, medium voltage, service modernization).
- Understand clients' strategies and procurement processes to propose tailored solutions that maximize reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with technical teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to design competitive offers and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and manage the pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with Schneider Electric's commercial policies.
- Provide regular reports and market feedback to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- E xperience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in data center , IT infrastructure, or cloud services sectors.
- K nowledge of data center infrastructure solutions and cloud/service provider business models is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, matrix environment.
- Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally across Europe.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and solutions.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure trends and data center lifecycle management.
- Experience working with channel partners and distributors.
- A nalytical and strategic planning capabilities.
