Key Account Manager- Join Our Team that creates an IMPACT at Schneider Electric!

As a Key Account Manager for contractor and construction company customers in Finland, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for a wide and exciting portfolio of complex building and energy technology solutions, including building management and security systems, electrical distribution, power metering & management, and industrial automation.

To succeed in this role, you need to understand the benefits that integrated building solutions bring to partners, building owners, and end users, as well as how Schneider Electric technologies can make buildings more sustainable. You will work closely with our internal technical and commercial teams to deliver the best possible business outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Sell complex building technology solutions and projects to contractors and/or construction companies.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnership with our partners (contractors and/or construction companies), including CxO level co-operation,
  • Identify market opportunities and drive growth with the named customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences (local and global).
  • Provide market insights and feedback to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

What helps you succeed:
  • Proven experience in selling complex solutions or projects, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Understanding of the Finnish construction market and its value chain.
  • Ability to build and execute account plans leading to profitable growth.
  • Active and result-oriented working style.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.

The position is located at our Espoo office and requires travelling frequently in Finland and from time to time abroad.
