Rol: Jefe de Proyectos
Ubicación: Perú, Lima.
Objetivo del Rol:
Responsable de liderar la ejecución de proyectos, mediante la gestión efectiva de clientes, proveedores y equipos multidisciplinarios
Cuáles serían algunas de sus responsabilidades?
Gestionar las relaciones con los clientes y terceros dentro del ámbito del proyecto, siendo responsable de la ejecución del proyecto de acuerdo con el contrato y las especificaciones.
Revisar las especificaciones técnicas y tomar decisiones sobre los comentarios técnicos planteados por el cliente.
Supervisar y controlar el progreso de los proyectos para garantizar su entrega a tiempo.
Señalar cualquier riesgo de retraso durante las reuniones SIM.
Gestionar los riesgos y oportunidades del Proyecto evaluando. Además de supervisar y controlar la desviación del margen del proyecto durante la fase de ejecución del mismo.
Gestionar la orden de variación y el proceso de reclamación tanto para el cliente como para los principales proveedores.
Implicar al Comprador del Proyecto en una fase temprana del proyecto para maximizar el ahorro de costes.
Mantener una relación positiva con el cliente y comunicarse regularmente. Gestionar el evento FAT y realizar el FAT NPS.
Comunicarse eficazmente con el equipo del proyecto y los demás departamentos de la planta.
Tiene estas experiencias y cualificaciones clave?
- Título profesional Ingeniería o a fines(Se valorará Magister)
- Soluciones de distribución de media y baja tensión y/o soluciones SAI
- Se requiere conocimiento de la Oferta de Servicios de Schneider Electric (deseable)
- Dominio de herramientas de software de gestión de proyectos (MS Excel, MS Project)
- Ingles conversacional
