Within Schneider Digital, this role is IT project manager working for a dedicated platform.
This role is responsible for leading projects using agile principles to accelerate the deployment of a platform with the objective to bring, a superior experience to our customers and Partners but also to bring a competitive advantage to our Front & Middle office with the right tools.
Job Description
Within the Platform Team, in relationships with the Business Transformation Leader and the Schneider Front office you are managing the process of moving the project toward completion.
Your project is part of the large-scale Front Office growth and business transformation. Your mission is to be the global platform representative during the country's deployment projects. Your responsibilities are to:
• Ease and support the country deployments by promoting the use of our internal methodology (timeline, gate review, resources, ...)
• Explain platform features and how the process works for our countries
• Animate the workshop with the country, explain the features in the reference model and identify the points where a deep dive is needed with the solution team
• Make sure everyone on the team understands the project's goals and scope.
• Provide functional explanations on the master data & connectors
• Ensure open points are tracked and solved, otherwise manage the appropriate escalation
• Provide demo of the solution and support the country in familiarizing with the application
• Drive, support the UAT sessions and be able to go into the details of the issue
• Provide guidance to the country all along the digitalization journey
Internal
• Actively contributes to the execution of continuous improvement initiatives which help to drive adoption
• Act as owner of the toolkit methodology and play an active role in its enhancement
Qualifications
- Experience in software project management and testing
- Experience as project manager in complex environment
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management solutions including Salesforce.com, or equivalent.
- Knowledge in SAP SD and MM Module
- University or Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science
- Knowledge of agile methodologies / frameworks - Scrum, Kanban.
- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence.

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Have an IT mindset & logic: be able to understand functional issue cross platform
