IT Project Manager

- As an IT Project Manager, you will lead the centralized North America (NAM) process for application certification and oversee end‑to‑end recharge agreement governance. You will manage intake, documentation, cross‑functional coordination, reporting, and process adherence to ensure certifications and recharge agreements are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with global standards.
- This role requires strong project management capability, understanding of financial processes, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools, experience with workflow automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT owners, finance partners, vendors, and certification teams across the region.
What will you do?
- Oversee and continuously improve the centralized application certification intake process, including building and maintaining a prioritization matrix.
- Coordinate all required documentation, evidence collection, and process milestones to ensure on‑time certification delivery.
- Track certification progress, identify risks or delays, escalate issues, and apply corrective actions as needed.
- Understanding of secure data flows, SSO, MFA and cybersecurity compliance
- Manage the Recharge Agreement (RA) process for North America, ensuring compliance with RA guidelines, approvals, routing, and alignment with financial governance.
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools to generate dashboards, automate workflows, and streamline reporting.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot issues affecting certification or RA completion; propose acceptable alternatives when barriers arise.
- Facilitate meetings, ensure communication across IT owners, capability owners, application certification leads, third party vendors, and finance stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with IT, cybersecurity, finance, vendors, and global certification partners.
- Provide timely status reporting, including risks, mitigations, and progress summaries for leadership and stakeholders.

- What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably supporting application certification, IT governance, or financial processes.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑stakeholder processes and facilitate cross‑functional alignment.
- Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycles and certification processes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
