IT Product Management - Manager

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the vision and strategy for the partner digital solutions ecosystem, ensuring both solutions support seamless partner workflows.
• Conduct market research and partner discovery to identify opportunities across collaboration and post‑commissioning asset management.

Roadmap & Prioritization

• Build and manage integrated roadmaps for both digital solutions.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and user stories.

Feature Delivery & Execution

• Partner with engineering and UX to design and deliver intuitive, scalable features.
• Validate enhancements through partner feedback and testing.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data analytics, and channel teams to ensure successful execution.

Data, Metrics & Optimization

• Define KPIs for adoption, engagement, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
• Use analytics and VOC to identify improvement opportunities and optimize end‑to‑end journeys.

Go‑to‑Market & Adoption

• Work with channel and marketing teams on release planning, messaging, and adoption programs.
• Support partner onboarding, training, and change‑management activities.

End‑to‑End Experience Leadership

• Ensure consistent, unified experiences across both solutions and related digital touchpoints.
• Drive cross‑product alignment, UX harmonization, and continuous experience improvement.

Qualification:

Required

• 7+ years experience in product management, digital platforms, or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of B2B workflows and partner ecosystems.
• Ability to define product strategy, write clear requirements, and collaborate deeply with engineering and UX teams.
• Proficient in analyzing product data, defining KPIs, and making data ‑ driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience with collaboration platforms, asset management tools, or lifecycle management software.
• Familiarity with software entitlement models, subscription journeys, or partner ‑ facing digital channels.
• Background in UX, customer experience, or digital transformation.
• Knowledge of electrical industry tools or project workflows
