Position: Manager- Design & Development - Customer Projects & Services

Qualifications: B.E/ Diploma

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Location: Ahmednagar

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for customisation of Medium voltage switchgear panels as per project requirement.
  2. Responsible for preparation of mechanical BOM, Panel model creation in solidworks, Door mounted equipment layouts release, maintaining complete mechanical material BOM in SAP, change management during manufacturing.
  3. Should handle cross functional team queries, customer feedbacks & post approval changes independently.
  4. Should focus & contribute actively in value engineering & cost effective solutions
  5. Release the Project for manufacturing within limeline with required documents (BOM, DRAWINGS etc)

Functional Competency:
  1. Good knowlege of design softwares:- Proficient in Solidworks and
  2. Should have knowledge of Medium voltage AIS / GIS / RMU products and its relevant IEC standards
  3. Timely and quick response to factory for panel releated Queary.
  4. Documentation and Traceability: Maintain accurate and traceable records of all design release activities.
  5. Should have knowledge in customisation and standardisation of MV panels.
  6. Basic knowledge on MV panel retrofiting.
