Role Purpose
The IT Channel Manager is responsible for leading and developing the IT Channel ecosystem within the Secure Power business, with a primary focus on IT local distributors and channel partners operating under an indirect sell-out model.
The role combines strategic channel development with strong execution capabilities, ensuring sustainable growth, increased market coverage, and high partner engagement.
In addition, the IT Channel Manager leads a small team dedicated to IT channel activities, acting as a people manager and coach within a multinational, matrix-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the IT Channel ecosystem for Secure Power, with a focus on local distributors and IT partners operating in an indirect sell-out model.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key local distributors and partners, acting as a primary business interface.
- Lead and coordinate a small team dedicated to IT channel and partner activities, ensuring focus, alignment, and performance.
- Drive partner onboarding, engagement, and capability development in line with channel strategy.
- Support partners in demand generation, pipeline development, and sell-out growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align channel execution with business objectives.
- Deploy and manage IT channel programs, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
- Monitor channel performance through defined KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, operational, and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to scalable growth and improved market coverage through effective channel execution.
Main Requirement s
- 8 + years of experience in Channel Management or Partner Development roles.

- Solid background in IT distribution and/or IT channel environments.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication , a bility to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization and a fast-evolving environment.
Education & Other Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Italy as required.
