Rol: IT Business Systems Analyst
El IT Business Systems Anlyst será responsable de identificar, diseñar y acompañar la implementación de soluciones digitales innovadoras que impulsen la eficiencia, la sostenibilidad y la transformación de procesos de negocio. Actuará como nexo entre las áreas operativas y los equipos técnicos, promoviendo el uso estratégico de tecnologías emergentes.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Colaborar con equipos de negocio para detectar oportunidades de innovación digital.
- Diseñar y prototipar soluciones utilizando herramientas como Power Automate, Power Platform, Office365, IA generativa y Data Science.
- Liderar iniciativas de automatización de procesos y mejora continua.
- Evaluar y escalar ideas innovadoras alineadas con la estrategia de Schneider Digital.
- Asegurar la gobernanza tecnológica y el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y arquitectura.
- Participar en comunidades internas de innovación y transformación digital.
Requisitos Técnicos
- Experiencia comprobada en el uso de Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams y otras herramientas de Office365.
- Conocimiento práctico en inteligencia artificial, machine learning y data science.
- Capacidad para integrar soluciones low-code/no-code con plataformas corporativas.
- Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y gestión de proyectos digitales.
- Inglés avanzado (requisito excluyente).
- Estudiante avanzado o recién graduado de carreras como: Ing. Industrial / Informatica / Sistemas / Negocios Digitales / carreras afin.
