What you will do:

Support the IT Business Partner in coordinating local IT initiatives, cybersecurity/NIS2 activities, project follow-up, and documentation management.

As part of the ambitious objectives of digital transformation, and digital and innovative applications, you will be in charge of:

  • Project & Initiative Coordination - Track actions, deadlines, deliverables, and support workshops, meetings, and local IT initiatives.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance - Support NIS2 and cybersecurity activities, including documentation, audits, compliance tracking, and remediation follow-up.
  • Digital Solutions Deployment - Contribute to application deployments, coordinate with industrial sites, and support post-deployment activities.
  • Documentation & Communication - Maintain SharePoint repositories, documentation, presentations, leadership materials, and internal communications.
  • IT Operations Support - Assist with infrastructure provisioning, connectivity requests, network segmentation activities, and application management while ensuring cybersecurity standards are followed.


What we need from you:

  • Ongoing university studies in Hungary in IT or Engineering field (Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Engineering)
  • Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
  • Advanced Hungarian and English knowledge (fluent speaking and writing)
  • You have advanced digital skills, confidence, and experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills (essential)
  • High interested in IT and digital related topics
  • Open, proactive and love being challenged
