Mission:

Schneider Electric is seeking an IT Business Partner to support industrial sites (factories and distribution centers) across Europe within the Global Supply Chain (GSC) and ETO perimeter. The IT Business Partner acts as the primary interface between business leaders and Digital/IT, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with business priorities, compliant with company standards, and supporting operational performance, resilience, and digital transformation. This role combines strategic partnership, demand and portfolio management, and operational IT governance in complex industrial environments.

Your IMPACT:
  • Act as the single point of contact between industrial sites and Digital/IT.
  • Build strong partnerships with site leadership, operations, supply chain, and key users.
  • Capture, prioritize, and align business demands with global Digital & IT roadmaps.
  • Advise stakeholders on digital capabilities, risks, constraints, and opportunities.
  • Serve as IT sponsor/key stakeholder for site ‑ related projects and transformations.
  • Coordinate delivery with applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendors.
  • Ensure service continuity, SLA adherence, and effective incident management.
  • Drive cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance across IT/OT environments.
  • Support IT resilience, disaster recovery, and technology lifecycle management.
  • Promote digital culture, maturity, and best practices at site level.


Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in IT Business Partnering, IT management, or digital roles within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  • Proven experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exposure to IT service management, project delivery, and governance.
  • Strong understanding of industrial IT ecosystems, including applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and prioritized IT demands.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid business acumen, accountability mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Valid and active driving license
  • Availability to travel is required, including regular travel to industrial sites in Poland (3 sites) at least 3 times per year, and occasional travel within Europe for workshops, meetings, or team events.
