As an IT Business Analyst , you'll play a key role in shaping our end‑to‑end front‑office digital solutions and helping the business scale globally.

You'll work at the intersection of business, IT, and digital platforms , translating complex business needs into scalable, future‑proof solutions.
What you'll do

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into clear system requirements
  • Analyze and challenge requirements, identify gaps, and propose solution enhancements
  • Lead cross‑functional workshops to define as‑is and to‑be processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external IT partners across multiple countries
  • Contribute to large‑scale front‑office and services transformation initiatives
  • Support digital platforms such as Pricing, Quotation, and CPQ solutions
  • Ensure solutions follow reference models and scalable best practices
  • Take ownership of specific topics such as RPA, document management, UI/UX, or mobile solutions

  • University or Engineering degree (technical or business‑focused)
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or business analysis roles
  • SAP SD, CS, PS module 3+ experience
  • Strong experience translating business requirements into functional or technical specifications
  • Exposure to front‑office or enterprise platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Pricefx, Oracle ERP, or similar)
  • Experience working in complex, international environments
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:
  • Experience in Services business, digital customer transformations, or global rollout programs
