- 3-12 months civil contract ( Umowa Zlecenie ) - 25h-30h per week .

What you will learn:

Your IMPACT:
- Support our team in employee workforce administration activities and related HR processes.
- Update information in HR digital systems and contribute to maintaining high data quality standards.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of company car-related processes, including car fines management and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the administration of local employee benefits across different European countries and assist in the coordination with local teams and external providers.
- Support communication with employees, local HR teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on requests.
- Support reporting, data analysis, and process documentation activities using digital tools.
- Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, including activities related to AI tools, automation, and data quality.
- Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing HR projects and day-to-day activities.
- Perform assigned administrative and operational tasks under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Gain practical knowledge of HR processes and international HR operations in a multicultural environment.
- Be proactive in proposing ideas to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
Your Profile:
- Interest in HR, digital tools, AI solutions, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in data analysis, process improvement, and automation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work with data.
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Open to cooperation with different nationalities, teams, departments, and external partners.
- Proactive attitude and innovation spirit, proposing ideas and improvements.
- Willingness to learn in a dynamic international environment.
- Experience with AI tools (Copilot or similar) would be considered a strong advantage.
Languages
- English & French: fluent (verbal and written),
- Spanish, Italian, German, Scandinavian languages, Finnish, or Polish would be considered an advantage.
Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
