Internship in Marketing & Communications team
Join us to help build a strong marketing team.
Are you a creative storyteller passionate about design, digital communication, and technology? Do you want hands-on marketing experience in an international, fast-paced environment?
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to support our global communication initiatives and contribute to marketing projects across our organization. This position reports directly to the Head of Communications.
Location & commitments:
- Internship, min. 25 hours per week, 6-12 months mandate contract,
- Warszawa (office at Konstruktorska Street),
- hybrid model.
What will you do?
- Create visually appealing, brand-aligned communication, training, and marketing materials, such as agendas, PowerPoint presentations, banners, videos, and posters.
- Support internal meetings by preparing presentations, gathering data, and conducting research.
- Collaborate with the PR agency by preparing materials and providing support before meetings.
- Assist in executing marketing projects with art directors, including preparing project briefs.
- Contribute to internal and marketing content creation (copywriting).
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to communication projects.
- Contribute ideas and help shape communication assets across media formats, including email marketing and video podcasts.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A student available to start an internship within the upcoming months.
- Fluency in Polish and very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint,
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, with a strong willingness to further develop these skills.
- Creative, detail‑oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
- Well-organized, with the ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team.
- Build a strong portfolio of communication and marketing projects.
- Availability of approx. 3 days per week (minimum 25 hours).

Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
