Your IMPACT:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist in managing employment and personal paper documents, including working with sensitive data across various systems (local and global). The role will involve utilizing the Microsoft Office package, collaborating within a team, and demonstrating flexibility in transitioning between tasks, which may include physical archiving on-site and online data management. Attention to detail, customer focus, effective communication, and sensitivity are essential in this role, as it involves regular interaction with employees both face-to-face and online.
Your IMPACT:
- Assist in managing employment and personal paper documents,
- Provide remote support to HR Operations Team in Ukraine (managing tickets, ad hoc tasks)
- handle sensitive data within different systems, both local and global,
- utilize Microsoft Office package for various HR-related tasks,
- collaborate effectively within a team environment,
- demonstrate flexibility in transitioning between on-site and online tasks,
- ensure attention to detail in all aspects of work,
- maintain a strong customer focus when interacting with employees,
- engage in effective communication and demonstrate sensitivity in all interactions.

Your Profile:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
- strong attention to detail and self-organizational skills,
- great communication skills,
- ability to handle sensitive information with discretion,
- flexibility in adapting to changing tasks and priorities,
- focused Employee experience - mindset (can be based on customer focus experience),
- team player with positive attitude and good energy 😊
Languages:
- Polish - fluent (verbal and written).
- Ukrainian - fluent (verbal and written)
- English - advanced (verbal and written).
Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: "Karta Pobytu" TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
