International Mobility Tendering Lead

Your role:
This role in the International Mobility Centre is the key contact for tendering processes for project‑based assignments.
It focuses on providing expertise, cost and risk/compliance assessments related to deploying people internationally to support customer projects.
The tender lead ensures mobility‑related components of tenders are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company standards and local regulations.
Your missions:
- Collaborate with bid teams to provide mobility‑related inputs for project tenders, including assignment costings, policy application, compliance and relocation support.
- Prepare and validate tender input in line with client requirements and internal mobility frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Tender Project Managers, Tax, Legal, Group Security, Vendors) to ensure compliance and feasibility of proposed mobility solutions.
- Support documentation and presentation of mobility offerings within tender submissions.
- Monitor market trends and benchmark mobility practices to enhance competitiveness in tenders.
Your profile:
- Strong mobility compliance background at least 7 years (immigration, social security, tax, labour law, European Posted Workers), preferably acquired in a consulting firm environment.
- Solid understanding of international mobility policies and expatriate management.
- Experience with assignment cost modeling and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender requests.
- Proficiency in mobility tools and Microsoft Excel.
