Intern for CSS Leader

What will you do?

  • Work closely with CSS leader, Planner and Operation team
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Collect, update, and maintain Subcontractor and Partner data (profiles, agreements, licenses).
  • Track Service Agreement and license validity and flag upcoming expiries.
  • Input and maintain quotation data in digital tools (Excel/Google sheets)
  • Check quotations against standard checklists (scope, pricing, lead time, validity).
  • Cross‑check quotation data and prepare summary sheets for CSS Leader review.
  • Track work orders and ensure related service documents are complete and updated.
  • Collect safety and cybersecurity documents from Subcontractors.
  • Organize and maintain structured digital folders for compliance and audit records.
  • Prepare simple tracking reports (quotations, service status, documentation gaps).
  • Document processes and suggest basic improvements for standardization and digitalization.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Active university student (max. 8th semester) in Industrial Engineering major or a related field.
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, administration and digital tools.
  • Familiarity with Excel is a plus.
