What will you do?
- Key Responsabilities: QMS/EMS/SMS deployment and implementation for new plat support the implementation of Quality, Environment and Safety Management Systems for a greenfield or newly launched site. Assist in translating Schneider Electric global standards into site-specific procedures and work instructions. Support definition, implementation, and control of core processes (documento control, non- conformance, CAPA, management review, operational controls) ISO 14001 Environmental System Build-up support identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts for new processes, equipment, and infrastructure with legal and other environmental requirements applicable to a new plant. Quality System Start Up Support implementation of process based and risk based thinking in line with ISO 9001 assist in defining process flows, SIPOC, KPIs, and quality records during ramp-up support readiness for first-time certification audits.

- Key Competencies: agility and adaptability, structured and methodical working style, sense of ownership and accountability. Strong communication and teamwork. Safety, sustainability and compliance mindset. Ability to work under ramp-up pressure and shifting priorities. Working conditions manufacturing and office environment, high interaction with operation, and corporate teams. Occasional additional support required during audits, launches, or certification milestones.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
- Experience 2-3 years in Quality, Safety and Environmental Systems
Experience in new plant desirable, project, or ramp-up environments (internships, co-op, or project work) - Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45000 requirements, including aspects & impacts, compliance obligations, and operational control
- Familiarity with risk-based thinking and continuous improvement
- Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills
- Software & Tools: Microsoft Office (excel required)
- Experience with documentation document control or management systems
- Certification as internal auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, 45000 is a plus
- Languages: English Intermediate to Advanced level (required for corporate communication and audits)
