The Role: Inside Services Sales Representative (Renew Virtual Services Sales Representative)
We are looking for an impact-driven and customer‑focused Inside Services Sales Representative to accelerate Schneider Electric Japan's Recurring Revenue growth, strengthen contract renewals, develop new transactional business, and elevate our end‑to‑end inside sales operation within the Services Division.
About
The mission of the Inside Services Sales Representative is to maximize service revenue by establishing and nurturing long‑term customer relationships and managing Customer Requests and Leads. He/She will focus on remote‑based sales engagement (phone, online meetings, email, digital tools), driving the development of Schneider Electric's installed base services. In addition to contract renewals and lead management, he/she may also manage qualified opportunities delegated from Outside Services Sales Representatives. He/She will lead and elevate inside sales activities by collaborating closely with Outside Services Sales Representatives, Tenders, and the Services Operations team.
What will you do?
- Quote and close deals for standard Services offers (contract renewals, spare parts, preventive maintenance, etc.) across all business units to enable up‑selling & cross‑selling
- Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based customer relationships
- Lead Inside Services Sales Representative activities by managing temporary staff and collaborating closely with Tenders, Outside Services Sales Representatives, and the Services Operations team
- Maintain and enhance Installed Base data quality
- Identify and develop new opportunities through marcom campaigns, Field Engineers, Call Center insights, and other channels

Who would be successful?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Field Engineering, or Technical Support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning and self‑development
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and build strong customer relationships
- Native‑level Japanese; Business‑level English (written & verbal)
