Posición: Ingeniero(a) Comercial - Servicios.

Ubicación: Neuquén, Argentina.

Objetivo del rol:

Buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo de Venta de Servicios una persona con formación técnica y marcado perfil comercial, orientada al cliente y a resultados, que pueda desarrollar relaciones consultivas con clientes para identificar oportunidades y acompañar la concreción de ventas de servicios en nuestras diferentes Unidades de Negocio.

Principales tareas:

  • Gestionar proactivamente el platforming de clientes asignados, estableciendo prioridades de negocio.
  • Alcanzar los objetivos de venta definidos para la División de Servicios.
  • Detectar, desarrollar y gestionar oportunidades comerciales.
  • Interactuar con canales de venta y partners estratégicos.
  • Impulsar la transformación de servicios recurrentes, tanto existentes como nuevos.
  • Contactar a clientes a partir de bases de datos y assets instalados para generar demanda.
  • Mantener actualizado el CRM de la compañía.
  • Trabajar de manera articulada con la fuerza de ventas de servicios, otras Unidades de Negocio y áreas internas (Cotizaciones, Ejecución, Créditos y Cobranzas, entre otras).

Requisitos:

  • Formación técnica: preferentemente estudiantes o graduados/as de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Marcado perfil comercial, orientación a objetivos y foco en el cliente.
  • Muy buen trato interpersonal y predisposición para el trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con clientes de manera consultiva, proponiendo soluciones integrales.
  • Interés en la venta de servicios vinculados a:
    • UPS
    • Equipos de frío de precisión
    • Distribución de Media y Baja Tensión
    • Monitoreo remoto y mantenimiento predictivo
    • Sistemas de control industrial, automatización, gestión y calidad de energía.
  • Disponibilidad de residencia en Neuquén.
  • Inglés intermedio / avanzado.
