Industry Marketing Segment Lead

We're looking for an experienced Segment Marketing Lead to drive strategic growth across the Pacific region. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys turning customer and market insights into growth opportunities while working across multiple business functions.

Working closely with senior leaders, you'll define market strategies, develop compelling value propositions, and lead go-to-market initiatives that strengthen our position in key industry segments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute segment marketing strategies that support business growth across the Pacific region.
• Identify market opportunities through customer, competitor, and industry insights.
• Build compelling value propositions and messaging that clearly differentiate our solutions.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams.
• Support thought leadership through industry engagement, strategic content, and customer-focused initiatives.
• Strengthen collaboration across teams to ensure consistent execution and an outstanding customer experience.

What qualifications will make you successful?

You are a commercially minded marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with the ability to influence and collaborate across a complex organization.

You'll bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in strategic marketing, business development, commercial strategy, go-to-market, or similar B2B roles.
• Experience marketing or commercializing technology-based solutions within the technology, energy management, industrial automation, electrical infrastructure, software, digital solutions, or related B2B industries.
• Highly desired/preferred experience with customers from the following markets:
  • Industrial Automation & Process Industries, including Water & Wastewater, Mining, Metals, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, or Heavy Manufacturing.
  • Buildings & Smart Infrastructure, including Commercial Buildings, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Data Centers, or Smart Buildings.
  • Energy, Utilities & Critical Infrastructure, including Power Generation, Utilities, Grid Infrastructure, Defense, Transport, or Mobility.

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Proven experience developing growth strategies through customer insight, market analysis, segmentation, and positioning.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, customer buying journeys, demand generation, and partner ecosystems.
• Experience developing compelling value propositions and successfully bringing solutions to market.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• A collaborative mindset with strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering business results.
