Industrialization test development engineer

- Design a functional testing plan for the new project based on project requirements & testing specifications.
- Capable of writing ATE testing equipment specifications for products and PCBA.
- Familiar with the PMP process and have relevant work experience
- Familiar with the ECO process and able to use problem-solving tools to analyze and solve problems.
- Experience in outsourcing and accepting testing equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics, measurement, automation, electrical engineering or related fields.
- More than 3 years of experience in ATE testing and development, capable of completing hardware design and drawings for testing equipment.
- Proficient in using LabVIEW to develop testing software.
- Familiar with conventional testing principles and familiar with instrument and equipment operation. Strong hands-on ability.
- Strong communication skills, good in English reading and writing; good teamwork.
