Join Schneider Electric - Badr Factory as an Industrial Methods Expert and play a key role in improving manufacturing performance, productivity, quality, and efficiency.

What will you do?

  • Lead industrial methods and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, production systems, and industrial standards to support business objectives and plant growth.
  • Drive process engineering activities including line balancing, capacity planning, workflow optimization, workstation design, and productivity improvement.
  • Analyze production performance, resource utilization, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Lead industrialization and equipment modification projects, ensuring successful implementation while meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing standards, work instructions, routings, and process documentation in alignment with operational excellence objectives.
  • Support reliability improvement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance and process stability.
  • Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric safety standards, environmental regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing, SPS principles, and structured problem-solving methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce losses, and improve overall performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, OEE, efficiency, capacity utilization, and cost performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex manufacturing challenges, supporting operational teams in achieving performance targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to deliver sustainable operational improvements.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives independently, making sound technical decisions based on engineering principles, operational requirements, and business priorities.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across the factory.

    What are we looking for?

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering
    Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing / industrial engineering
    • Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, TPM, and productivity improvement
    • Knowledge of industrialization, process design, line balancing, capacity planning, OEE, SMED, and reliability improvement
    • Experience with automation, equipment upgrades, and CAPEX projects
    • Strong data analysis skills with tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Minitab
    • Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Digital mindset and a passion for operational excellence
