About the Role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer & Project Manager to take ownership of industrial projects and drive the development, installation, and optimization of production lines.

In this role, you will act as a key interface between production, engineering, and cross-functional teams-ensuring that equipment and tooling requirements are translated into efficient, well-managed projects. You will be responsible for coordinating activities end-to-end, from initial request through implementation and follow-up.

This is a highly dynamic position combining technical expertise, project management, and stakeholder coordination, offering the opportunity to work on both new production line installations and continuous improvements of existing systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage industrial projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of new production lines and equipment
  • Ensure the optimal operation and continuous improvement of existing production lines
  • Collect and structure equipment and tooling requirements from production
  • Coordinate with Procurement to manage RFQs and supplier negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with Quality and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and standards
  • Drive change management processes, including documentation, tracking, and follow-up of decisions and agreements
  • Manage equipment lifecycle topics, including ordering, replacement, and issue resolution
  • Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and efficiency optimization
  • Work with international teams (e.g. during new line implementations)
  • Monitor project risks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or project management
  • Proven experience in managing technical or investment projects
  • Strong understanding of production processes and industrial environments
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Solid project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration effectively
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Experience in change management and documentation is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
