Human Resource Business Partner

What will you do:

  • The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to the business, translating business needs into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role supports leaders in areas of talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric values, policies, and business objectives.
  • Enable business performance through effective people strategies and workforce planning
  • Strengthen employee engagement and culture aligned with Schneider Electric principles
  • Ensure operational HR excellence and compliance
  • Develop talent pipelines and succession readiness

Education: Bachelor degree's Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Law, Psychology or related fields

Job Related Experience: 3 - 5 yrs experiences

Skills & Competencies: Strong business partnering and consulting mindset, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information, Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
