About the role:

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in Talent Management within a multinational environment. You will support the GSC Europe Talent Management team in organizing trainings, coaching and internship programs, as well as internal projects, while handling related administrative and coordination tasks. The role requires continuous communication with HR Business Partners, external vendors, internal Event and HR teams, and representatives of plants and logistics centers across Europe.

What you will do:

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:

  • Organize Trainings and Development Programs, prepare and execute training sessions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and maintain regular contact with HR Business Partners.
  • Manage Coaching Programs (Liaise with external coaching partners, nominate candidates based on HRBP/Manager requests, track and report coaching program progress)
  • Event Organization and Vendor Collaboration (Order merchandising items and request quotations, coordinate venue booking, catering, and other logistics)
  • Cost Management and Administration (Handle business travel expenses in the Concur system, ensure accurate and timely expense reporting)
  • Support Internal Projects (events aimed at engaging talented university students)
  • Prepare Presentations and Reports (Support Talent Management and Budapest HUB leadership with presentation preparation, update Excel sheets and collect data from HRBPs)

We are looking for a dedicated student whose strength lies in communication, someone who doesn't shy away from sudden situations and performs tasks with precision. Experience in recruitment and selection or HR-related studies is an advantage but not a requirement.

What we need from you:
  • Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary, in economic or HR related fields
  • Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status
  • Communicate fluently and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • You have excellent organization skills with an eager to learn attitude
  • Attention to details and precision are essential skills to be successful in this role
  • You are motivated to independently carry out tasks, but you are team player as well
  • You are not afraid of challenges and aim to elevate your career to a new level in HR field

  • Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20hours/week, with a possibility of home office (after the job training period)
