HR Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and committed HR professional who will report to the Hong Kong HR Director and play a key role in supporting the Hong Kong HR agenda through both Talent Management execution and HR BP support.

The position will be primarily focused on Talent Management , supporting the delivery of key talent programs such as performance management, talent reviews, and development initiatives. The HRBP component provides customers facing exposure to business partnering, with opportunities to develop commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability .

This is an ideal development role for an HR professional who has a strong interest in talent management and aspires to grow into a broader HRBP role in the future.

What will you do:

Talent Management

  • Support the implementation and execution of talent management processes, including:
  • Performance management and goal setting cycles
  • Talent review and s uccession planning
  • Leadership and t alent development programs
  • Assist in designing and developing leadership and employee development initiatives, working closely with Learning & Development partners.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of learning progra m s, including sourcing, logistics , and participant communications
  • Maintain and analyze talent data ( e.g. performance, potential, succession coverage) to generate insights and reports for HR and business leaders.
  • Enhance career development tools, competency frameworks, and internal mobility initiatives , and optimize global learning resources including e-learning platform s for employee growth and capability building Support employee development conversations by providing tools, guidelines, and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of talent management processes and employee experience and driv ing a culture of continuous learning and a growth mindset across the organization
  • Support inclusion and care initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace


HR Business Partnering
  • P roviding day ‑ to ‑ day HR support to assigned business teams. Assist with workforce planning, organizational changes, and people initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Provide basic guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle matters.
  • Support employee engagement actions and follow ‑ up plans based on survey results and feedback.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and people capability.

What will make you successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • A t least 5 years of HR experience, with hands ‑ on exposure to Talent Management, HR programs, or people development initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of HR Business Partnering concepts and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting HR processes in a fast ‑ paced or matrix organization is an advantage.
