What will you do:
- Drive talent reviews and succession planning to identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership and critical roles
- Design and deliver targeted development programs that accelerate readiness and close pipeline gaps
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess talent, create individualized development plans, and enable career growth
- Analyze talent data and pipeline health to recommend strategies that address current and future organizational needs

- Succession Planning - foundational level; supporting processes that identify future leaders for critical positions
- Talent Assessment - foundational level; evaluating employee capabilities to inform development and placement decisions
- Leadership Development - developing level; designing programs that prepare employees for expanded leadership responsibilities
- High-Potential Development - developing level; creating accelerated growth pathways for top talent
- Talent Review - developing level; facilitating calibration sessions that assess performance and potential
- Strategic Thinking - developing level; aligning talent initiatives with long-term organizational priorities
- Data Literacy - developing level; analyzing talent metrics to inform pipeline decisions and program effectiveness
- Communication - developing level; presenting talent insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
