HR Specialist

What will you do:

• Drive talent reviews and succession planning to identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership and critical roles
• Design and deliver targeted development programs that accelerate readiness and close pipeline gaps
• Collaborate with business leaders to assess talent, create individualized development plans, and enable career growth
• Analyze talent data and pipeline health to recommend strategies that address current and future organizational needs
