HR Services Specialist

We're now looking for an HR Services Specialist to help empower our employees and support seamless HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.

What will you do:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including annual HR campaigns (Global Salary Review, Annual Bonus, Performance & Development).
  • Handle workforce administration and prepare all employment-related documentation in compliance with local labor, fiscal, and social legislation.
  • Manage the full payroll process independently, in collaboration with the payroll vendor, perform payroll checks, maintain records, overview payroll related tax obligations (i.e. preparation of employees' Annual Tax Certificates), and act as the main liaison between HR and Accounting.
  • Administer time management systems, including the local vacation tool, working hours/overtime monitoring, Digital Employment Card compliance, and overview reporting to ERGANI via external vendor.
  • Administer employee benefits, including Ticket Restaurant Card, Life & Medical and Pension Plan.
  • Support employees by providing guidance on HR policies, processes and inquiries through our ticketing system, while maintaining our HR policies and internal sites updated.
  • Prepare and publish HR-related internal announcements, such as updates on payroll, benefits, time management, new hires, and organizational changes.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, both regularly and ad-hoc (e.g., payroll, time management, benefits, workforce evolution), for local, regional and global teams as well as for internal and external auditors.
  • Act as the main point of contact for implementing Global HR digital tools and continuous improvement initiatives at a local level, in close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Coordinate training administration, supporting registration and communication between employees, HRBP, and training vendors.
  • Support in employer branding initiatives with the aim to boost the company relations with young talents and universities (i.e. participation in students conferences) and assist in the organization of internal activities and events to increase employee engagement, in collaboration with HRBP and Marketing Communication team.

What we are looking for:
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics or Accounting
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as HR Administrator, HR Generalist or Payroll Specialist
  • Payroll knowledge or experience is required - a Payroll / Employment Law certification will be considered a bonus
  • Proficiency in Greek and English, both written & oral
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to follow-up & consistently meet deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of local employment law, including the Labor Code and labor taxation
  • Senior verbal and written communication
  • Proactive mindset and ability to take initiatives and work independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within/across teams, implementing structure and clarity
  • Excellent interpersonal communication & problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset and curiosity to learn & develop continuously
