Objective
HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for handling complex HR scope. Leads local various HR and HRS projects independently with desired level of complexity and minimum risk.
Helps the HR Manager in managing the function for an entity/business unit.
Works with managers and employees and other HR teams.
Main Responsibilities
Payroll and HR administration, HRS, S@S
- Monthly payroll processing- maintain ongoing collaboration with the payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation
- Administration of Annual Taxes Statements
- T&A- Administration of attendance system and leave management
- WFA, WFC data maintenance according to organizational, personal and compensation data changes and readiness for major HR campaigns
- HR Digital road map projects execution (e.g. payroll transition)
- L1 S@S support, S@S knowledge base continues improvement
- HR reporting (payroll, HC, CC, compensation, ad-hoc HR reports, reports for trade unions, legal statistic and audit needs) & HR invoicing
Compensation & Benefits
- Administration of all benefits, policies and related systems & communication to employees and communication to external providers
- Provides support and consultancy in compensation related queries to employees
- WESOP SPOC: Akkalia correspondent - participants data maintenance, documentation, campaign suport
- Rewards projects deployment, works closely with deployment and rewards team (Xactly, other projects)
- SIP/STIP bonus calculations, letters preparation, data preparation to rewards campaigns

Onboarding, Offboarding
- In charge of delivery of high quality on-boarding process and leverage for further process/quality improvement
- Employee data administration in HR systems, including ticket management
- Secures HR introduction training
- Ensures a new hire adaptation plan is prepared by a line manager and checks on probationary period completion and appraisal is completed
- Offboarding process (employment certificate)
- Regular communication on new hires and leavers to relevant peers involved in process
Support HRBP
- Works in the preparation of internal guidelines and procedures
- Support HRBP with employee relations such as disciplinary measures
- Management of workplace injuries, occupational diseases and related compliance documentation
- Provides daily communications personnel issues with employees, either directly or in consultation with HR BP
- Undertake tasks / projects according to current needs in society, including active participation on employee engagement activity planning and realization
- Perform other tasks specified above according to the needs of society under the instructions of supervisor
- Acts as a backup of HR Manager
Specific requirements
- or Master degree in Human resources or Business administration or Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in various HR areas (e.g. payroll, administration, recruitment, labor code, onboarding, training, performance management, HR tools and processes....)
- Experience in solving and leading complex topics or HR project
- Good knowledge of Czechia Labour code
- Able to work independently with self-confidence and build trust and good relationship with peers and major stakeholders
- Give hands approach, give proposals for improvements, dare to disrupt mindset, customer focus
- Good communication, organization, planning skills, self motivation
- Very good affinity to digital tools, quick learner
- Microsoft Excel - advanced
- Microsoft Word - advanced
- Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
- Czech - Advanced; English - Upper‑intermediate.
