Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

  • Verify pay decisions to ensure compliance with company policy and local legislation.
  • Ensure HR processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Act as Project and Content Manager
  • Lead and participate in HR projects such as policy updates, HR system implementations, and process improvements.
  • Manage HR data accuracy across all HR tools and systems
  • Advise and guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support business leaders and HRBPs with reports and dashboard-related queries.
  • Drive HR data integrity and reporting excellence.
  • Manage learning operations services.
  • Maintain employee daily operations.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
