What will you do?
- Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Coordinate pre-boarding logistics.
- Prepare employee files and manage onboarding sessions.
- Organize orientation talks.
- Support 90-day onboarding experience with follow-up chats and reminders for essential courses and tools.
- Offboarding:
- Assist with legal entity changes and voluntary terminations.
- Manage payroll tickets, resignation checklists, and document scanning.
- Reports & HR Data:
- Generate monthly headcount and training reports.
- Maintain IT asset return records and shared HR folders.
- HR Communications & Events:
- Collaborate on HR newsletters and design campaign materials.
- Support logistics for site events and initiatives.

- Location: MDIC (Apodaca): (PIIT) Apodaca 408 Ave Innovación Parque de Innovación e Investigación Tecnológico, Apodaca, 66628, Mexico.
- Hybrid scheme.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Power Automate and HR systems (TRESS, TalentLink) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Mexican Federal Labor Law.

You'll report to an HR Consultant and work closely with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Qualifications for Your Success:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Expected graduation: December 2026 or later.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
