About the Role

We are looking for a people‑focused HR Generalist to join our team in Örebro. In this role, you will support Talent Managers, HR Business Partners, and People Managers across a broad range of HR and Talent Management activities. You will play an important part in ensuring smooth HR operations while enabling managers and employees to grow, perform, and succeed.
What You Will Do
Talent and HR Program Support

  • Partner with Talent Managers, HRBPs, and People Managers on Talent Management activities.
  • Support the HR Manager in coordinating HR processes for the site or entity.
HR Operations and Development
  • Coordinate and ensure accurate execution of HR programs, policies, and annual HR processes.
  • Develop HR capabilities among Line Managers by guiding them through HR tools, systems, and processes.
  • Promote and support a healthy social climate and contribute to occupational health initiatives.
  • Participate in and support employees' professional development.
Consulting and Advisory
  • Provide consultation to managers on Talent, Performance, and Competency Management.
  • Guide and support employees on career advancement and employee relations topics.
