Position
The HR Generalist plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of HR processes, supporting employees, the HR Business Partner, and business functions. The position is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and coordination activities throughout the entire employee lifecycle, coordinating payroll preparation processes, and supporting HR-related corporate programs and events.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support and HR Administration
- Provide daily support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and other HR documentation in cooperation with the HR Services.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and statistics.
- Actively participate in recruitment activities, including the coordination of recruitment agencies.
- Administer and support the company cafeteria (benefits) system.
- Coordinate and administer employee shuttle bus services.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, including collecting and validating time records, allowances, and exceptional payments.
- Review payroll files and reports for accuracy.
- Provide working time and attendance data to recruitment and temporary staffing partners.
- Verify invoices and performance confirmations received from staffing agencies.
- Coordinate additional payroll-related processes, such as mid-month or ad hoc payments.
- Liaise with the payroll service provider and other relevant partners.

- Maintain active collaboration with the Legal Department, payroll providers, external service providers, staffing agencies, and the Budapest HR Services/Support Center.
- Coordinate HR-related invoicing processes.
- Manage procurement requests, including raising and tracking Purchase Orders (POs).
- Organize site-level corporate events, programs, and employee activities in cooperation with external partners.
- Support the HR Business Partner in the implementation of annual HR campaigns and projects, such as performance management, salary review processes, and employee surveys.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an HR professional who enjoys both operational and coordination activities, confidently manages HR administration and payroll support processes, and actively contributes to enhancing the employee experience and continuously improving HR services.
The successful candidate is proactive, reliable, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The position is based onsite in Szigetszentmiklós.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle HR processes.
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Confident use of AI-powered tools and digital solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems, applications, and digital platforms.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data management discipline.
- Strong willingness to work onsite and maintain a visible presence at the location.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions within the scope of responsibilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across different stakeholder groups and organizational levels.
