Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Coordinator (Temporal) and be at the forefront of shaping exceptional employee experiences! We're looking for a passionate professional ready to make a meaningful impact on our organization's most valuable asset - our people.

Location: Distrito Polanco

Hybrid scheme.

*6 months.

What will you do:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand their needs and deliver strategic HR solutions that drive organizational success
  • Guide managers through HR programs, tools, and best practices to enhance employee performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and Solutions teams to implement effective people-focused initiatives
  • Support the HR Manager in delivering comprehensive HR services across the organization
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate positive employee experiences

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational needs into effective HR solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management principles
  • Passion for creating positive workplace experiences and driving employee engagement
  • Advanced English.
  • Manage metrics and data bases.
