This role serves as a trusted advisor-providing coaching, resolving employee relations matters, and ensuring consistent, ethical, and compliant HR practices across the organization.

What Will You Do?

Partner on strategic priorities supporting the Global R&D function

  • Act as the primary strategic HR interface to the Global R&D business leader.
  • Support business strategy with HR activities and priorities such as leadership development, organizational design & development, talent management, workforce strategy & planning, employee engagement, etc.

Support & Coach as a US territory HR Consultant
  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees, enabling effective decision making and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.
  • Coach leaders on performance, team dynamics, and engagement strategies to build and sustain high performing teams.

Lead Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
  • Manage employee relations cases, applying sound judgment to resolve issues with fairness and minimal organizational disruption.
  • Recommend preventative measures to strengthen employee experience and reduce future risk.

Support Performance Management
  • Guide leaders through performance management cycles, including feedback, development planning, and performance improvement plans.
  • Leverage best practices and data insights to help drive talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Ensure Compliance & Governance
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local legislation, internal policies, and data privacy standards.
  • Monitor and update HR policies to reflect evolving regulatory requirements and Schneider Electric values.

Strengthen Talent, Learning & Development
  • Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions that enable growth and capability building.
  • Support enterprise-wide HR campaigns, change initiatives, and culture building programs.

Investigate & Resolve Complex Issues
  • Lead or support workplace investigations with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on fairness.
  • Provide leaders with insights and recommendations that balance people, business, and compliance priorities.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $98,400 - $147,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, XX days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

What Qualifications Will Help You Succeed?
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR consulting, business partnering, employee relations, performance management, policy governance and manager coaching.
  • Strong coaching, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on Human Resources preferred.
  • Certification preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, matrix environment.
  • International experience and HR experience in Software and Services.
