HR Business Partners - Intern
You will join the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team and work closely with country HRBPs to support people-related initiatives across the organization. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and learning activities in a dynamic business environment.
Working Days: 3-4 days per week
Contract Period: 6-12 months
What you will do:
• Culture & Employee Engagement:
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and activities to enhance employee experience and wellbeing.
• Learning & Development:
Assist in coordinating learning and development programs, including training logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and follow-up activities.
Support tracking and reporting of the annual training budget under HRBP guidance.
• HR Project Support:
Provide support for HR projects by assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of ad-hoc and ongoing HR initiatives.
• HR Data & Administrative Support:
Assist with HR data management, reporting, and documentation to ensure data accuracy.
Support HR administrative tasks such as meeting and training scheduling, team activity coordination, and expense processing.
What you will learn:

• Practical experience in employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives, including planning and execution
• Hands-on exposure to learning and development operations, from training coordination to budget tracking
• How HR projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered in a global organization
• Professional communication and stakeholder coordination skills through collaboration with HRBPs and internal teams
