Are you a commercially minded HR Business Partner who wants to influence real business decisions-not just support them?
At Schneider Electric, we're looking for an HRBP to become a trusted advisor to our business leaders in Denmark. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the people agenda, drive transformation, and directly contribute to business performance.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll sit at the heart of the business-to translate strategy into people outcomes.
You will:
- Partner with senior leaders in our commercial operations to drive business performance through people
- Lead key transformation initiatives , including organizational change and people transformation programs
- Coach and challenge leaders on performance, engagement, and leadership effectiveness
- Drive talent strategy - including development, mobility, and succession planning
- Enable high-performing teams by strengthening culture, inclusion, and engagement
- Ensure strong employee relations and compliance in the Danish context
- Bring global HR programs to life locally , adapting to business needs

What you bring
- 5-10 years of experience in HR, including HR Business Partnering
- Experience in a matrix and multinational environment
- Strong business understanding and stakeholder influencing skills
- Proven ability to coach leaders and drive change
- Solid knowledge of Danish labor law and employee relations
- Comfortable working with data and digital HR tools
- Fluency in Danish and English
