Himel Marcom Business Partner

We are seeking a proactive and culturally fluent MarCom Business Partner to drive Himel's marketing and communications activities across Saudi Arabia and any other assigned countries. The role supports channel expansion, store-level branding, offline customer engagements, new-market launch events, and oversees the Himel Experience Center in Saudi Arabia.

This position requires strong execution capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of Middle Eastern business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market & Channel Support
  • Partner with sales and channel teams to execute localized MarCom plans for Saudi Arabia and any other assigned countries.
  • Support channel expansion, including distributor co-marketing, onboarding communication, and sales enablement content.
  • Develop localized marketing toolkits, POS materials, and partner communication assets.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative and agile mindset


  1. Store Materials & Brand Presence
  • Manage in-store branding materials including displays, visual merchandising, signage, and product information assets.
  • Ensure consistent application of Himel brand guidelines across all retail and channel environments.

    1. Offline Customer Events
    • Plan and execute customer meetings, workshops, and technical sessions, ensuring strong brand experience and engagement.
    • Handle event logistics, content preparation, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.


    1. New Market Launches & Campaigns
    • Lead new market launch events, regional activations, and localized campaigns in Middle Eastern markets.
    • Adapt global campaigns to suit local cultures, languages, and industry expectations.


    1. Himel Experience Center (Saudi Arabia)
    • Manage daily operations, maintenance, and content updates of the Himel Experience Center.
    • Ensure premium visitor experience through product demonstrations, digital content, and customer tours.
    • Organize training sessions, executive visits, and tailored customer experiences.


    1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the liaison between regional markets and global marketing teams for insights, localization needs, and campaign performance reviews.
    • Provide regular updates on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, MarCom, or channel marketing, preferably in electrical, industrial, or technology sectors.
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills required.
  • Experience across Middle Eastern markets, especially Saudi Arabia, is a strong advantage.
  • Proven capability in event execution, channel marketing activities, and localized content creation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East as required.
