We're now looking for Health & Safety Specialist to be based in our office in Warsaw. The person will report to HR Director in the country and as dotted line to General Environmental and Employee Health and Safety Manager, who is responsible for part of eastern Europe.

Your IMPACT:
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable Polish safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor safety and environmental performance and share insights with the management team.
- Ensure that all employees have access to and are supported within the safety management system.
- Develop an annual improvement program that reflects corporate requirements, past incidents and legal obligations, and present it to the management committee.
- Ensure that a business continuity and crisis management plan is in place and aligned with corporate standards.
- Act as a Sustainability Leader, coordinating actions related to climate, energy and resource efficiency.
- Actively participate in the European SERE (Safety, Environment and Real Estate) community.
- Deploy Environment, Occupational Health and Safety tools, processes and methodologies.
- Support managers in applying the Group Health Policy and promoting physical, mental and social well‑being initiatives.
- Implement prevention programs to reduce work‑related risks, incidents and occupational illnesses.
- Identify and mitigate unsafe conditions or practices using corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Report all H&S KPIs as required by Polish regulations and corporate policies.
- Participate in internal and external safety audits and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
- Promote a strong, inclusive and proactive safety culture across the organization.
Your Profile:
- Experience in a similar role within an international organization.
- Very good knowledge of Polish law and H&S standards.
- Strong English communication skills (min. B2 level).
- Polish language proficiency at C1 level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and ERPs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate at different organizational levels.
- Practical, solution‑oriented approach with strong ownership for results.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, matrix environment.
- Master's degree in Health & Safety, Management, Energy Management or a related field.
