Role Mission

Lead the One Solution Tendering Department for Romania, driving profitable growth through high-quality proposals, strong governance, and operational excellence. Develop a high-performing team and enable business success through effective risk management and cross-functional collaboration.

What will you do:

• Lead and inspire a team of Tendering Engineers/ Managers, building a high-performance and collaborative culture
• Coordinate end-to-end tendering activities, ensuring competitive, compliant, and profitable offers
• Drive business growth through strong opportunity selection, risk management, and win-rate optimization
• Lead quotation excellence and transformation of digital quotation tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Technical, Marketing, and Services teams to deliver winning solutions
• Negotiate and structure complex proposals aligned with business objectives
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders and customers across the region
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working

What will make you successful:

• Experience in tendering, bid management, or complex project environments
• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to inspire and grow teams
• Solid commercial and financial understanding with strategic thinking capability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluent in English
